BOOKING INFORMATION
Hello! I truly appreciate your interest in getting tattooed by me. Before we move forward with the booking process, please take a moment to carefully read the following information. By submitting a request form, you’re confirming that you’ve reviewed and understood all the details outlined.
I’m always excited to take on new projects and hear ideas. It’s a privilege to collaborate with clients and transform concepts into meaningful, lasting artwork. I look forward to working together to bring your vision to life.
HOW TO BOOK APPOINTMENTS:
• To book your appointment I require a NON-REFUNDABLE $50-100 deposit. If you need to reschedule your appointment I require a minimum of 48 hours (two days) notice or you may lose your deposit. If you CANCEL your appointment, the deposit is forfeited. Your deposit will always go toward the ending total cost of your tattoo!
• Deposits may be made through Venmo or Zelle. Once your deposit has been received, I will send you a booking confirmation with all of the details regarding your appointment.
• (Full booking confirmation will only be done when deposit is received- any dates discussed to book are not scheduled until the deposit is confirmed)
• I have a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. As well as a late fee, after 15 minutes $50 is added to your initial tattoo quote if I'm able to still keep your appointment that same day. If you're running behind, please give me a heads-up with you ETA as we may need to reschedule or adjust your session depending on timing. This is because I typically book multiple appointments in one day.
PRICING:
• My current rate is $150 per hour (I only charge for time actually tattooing) I typically book appointments based on half day and full day slots. Half days are $500 and full days are $1000. If the appointment doesn’t take the full amount of time, I will adjust the price down to how many hours it actually took, but please be prepared that it might take the full time slot!
• My minimum for any piece is $150. On rare occasions I will charge by the piece and not an hourly rate, this is typically for smaller simpler designs.
• I will typically give a rough estimate for tattoos. Please keep in mind there are many factors that can alter the time spent on each piece. Size, placement, detail, etc. If you have a budget for your tattoo, please let me know and I can be upfront about what I can or cannot do within that budget!
• My rates/minimums are subject to change, however the rate you are quoted at the time of your booking will stand for the appointment(s) booked.
ARTWORK:
• I typically draw the design a few days before your appointment. There are exceptions to this, of course, if more drawing is necessary. I typically will send out any drawings that I have prepared ONE DAY prior to your appointment if requested. Depending on the design and part of the body, I either will stencil the entire thing on you or I partly stencil & partly draw straight onto the skin with sharpie. If there are any changes you want to make to the design, please let me know and I can make those for you during your appointment!
(Please never be afraid to speak up if there are any changes you want made to the design! This is going on your body, not mine. At the end of the day I want you to get the tattoo you really want and will love forever.)
CONSULTATION INFO
• If you're not ready to book that’s totally okay, consultations are a great first step. Whether you have a full design or just an idea, I’m here to help shape it with you.
• This is just a relaxed, in-person chat to explore your ideas and make sure we can bring your vision to life
• I would book a consultation first if you're looking to discuss a concept, ask questions, or just get to know me before committing.
• To book consultations I require a $25 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit, this deposit will go towards any future tattoo appointment you book during/after your initial consultation. If you need to reschedule your consultation appointment I require a minimum of 24 hours (one day) notice or you may lose your deposit. If you CANCEL your appointment, the deposit is forfeited. Fill out my consultation form by hitting the "BOOK NOW" button and select "consultation" when filling out the form with your ideas.
EXTRA INFO:
• My Instagram page is @laurenroseink and my email is laurenroseinks@gmail.com I only do bookings though filling out a form and communicating through email and/or my personal phone number for previous clients.
• All booking and pricing questions are answered through email or Instagram DMs.
• Subject matter in the realm of black and grey, fine line, ornamental, floral and plants, bugs and animals, weapon related work will always take priority as that’s what I’m trying to fill my portfolio with. Currently looking to do more fine line color realism, floral, bug, nature, famous fine art, micro realism, anime, and gaming designs too. My flash designs will also always take priority.
• Touch ups are free within the 6 months of getting done.
• Cash is preferred for payment.* Deposits may be made through Venmo or Zelle.
